Which containers can I use?
Recommended containers and materials:
We recommend using containers such as cups, mugs and glasses when using the appliance. Materials such as glass, ceramic or earthenware are best suited.
Important notes:
Make sure that the containers have a flat base. This ensures even contact with the heating disc and improves the heating performance.
Not recommended containers and materials:
Please do not use double-walled cups, cups with a very thin base or containers with uneven or curved bases. Containers made of thin material are also not suitable. Materials such as plastic, wood and paper should also be avoided unless they are recommended as heat-resistant.
Prohibited vessels and materials:
To avoid damage or danger, do not use pans, pots, kettles, moka pots, coffee makers, tin cans or glass containers with metal elements such as rings or handles. Metal containers are also prohibited unless they are expressly authorised original accessories.
